listspicks.com is an application designed to help users store and share interesting lists and picks – such as music, books, movies, tools, places, and more. Users can publish these lists publicly, share them, and track interactions from others.

2. Registration and Login

To use the Application, you may register an account by:

• providing your email address, name, and password, or
• signing in with Google (OAuth).

Users may:

• change their name and password,
• permanently delete their account and all associated data.

3. User Lists

Users can:

• create public lists, including a title, description, and items (items may include links),
• view anonymous statistics on list views,
• receive feedback from other users (e.g., likes).

All lists are publicly searchable and viewable through the main page.

4. Content and Responsibility

User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for all content they upload, post, or share through the Application. The operator assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user-generated content.

Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Use of the Application is at your own risk.

5. Content Ownership

User-generated content remains the intellectual property of the user. However:

• By posting content, users grant the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating the Application.
• All content and features developed by listspicks.com are the sole property of the platform. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Account or Access Termination

Users may delete their account at any time via account settings.

The operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and for any reason, including based on user reports or at its sole discretion.
